Respect Privacy & Confidentiality
Do not share personal information about other members without their consent. What's discussed in the community stays in the community. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive health topics.
No Spam or Self-Promotion
This is a community space, not a marketplace. Avoid excessive self-promotion, selling products, or posting links to external services. Content should focus on education and shared experiences related to pelvic health.
Constructive & Supportive Tone
Offer support and encouragement to fellow members. If providing feedback or disagreement, do so constructively. Negative, hostile, or abusive comments will be removed, and members may be asked to leave.
Stick to On-Topic Discussions
Keep conversations focused on men's pelvic health, Kegel exercises, wellness, and recovery. Off-topic posts may be removed to keep the community focused and valuable for all members.
